Upload almost any video or sound clip, document, image and some URL (like youtube links) and choose a format for conversion. I've used this to convert an old video clip we have of Bob Evans into a format I can play on my smartphone. The quality may not be as high as programs you can buy, but this beats trying to learn a new program, especially for us "technology-challenged" people who don't quite understand all about codecs and encoders and decoders.
